There are four programs: ADAP (Drugs); pays for medications to treat HIV and associated infections and illnesses. Primary Care; Pays for medical exams, disease monitoring, dental and eye care, women's health and most outpatient services. Home Care; pays for home aides, skilled nursing, home makers and medical equipment. Health Insurance Continuation; pays to keep your health insurance if you lose your job or if you cannot afford to pay for your insurance.

Family Justice's laboratory is La Bodega de la Familia, a storefront program on Manhattan's Lower East Side, which addresses the needs of drug users under justice supervision and their families. Family Case Management (FCM), La Bodega's signature service, brings together the person being supervised in the community, family members, the supervision officer, and the family case manager (the FCM team) to identify the family's strengths and resources and to build a network of healthy relationships around the whole family.
